Dr. Kawthar Al Ameri is a Family Medicine Consultant and Director of NCD Screening & Surveillance at the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center. She holds a Master’s in International Healthcare Leadership from McGill University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). She leads Abu Dhabi's population-based screening and surveillance programs across the life course, spanning all ages from newborns to senior citizens. Her work is closely aligned with United Arab Emirates’ national vision and strategic health priorities, contributing to the advancement of a resilient, future-ready healthcare system. Thus, combining clinical expertise with health system leadership, she advances predictive, preventive, and proactive healthcare through digital innovation, precision prevention, and integrated care pathways that promote healthy aging and healthy longevity.
