Hao Pei

Hao Pei is the Founder and CEO of MobiDrop, where he is building foundational infrastructure for AI-native life sciences. He led the development of an integrated single-cell platform spanning microfluidics, instrumentation, software, and biochemical reagents. Under his leadership, MobiDrop commercialized the MobiNova® product family, expanded internationally, and developed more than 70 patents. He was named a National-Level Entrepreneurship Talent and an MIT Technology Review Innovator Under 35. He holds a PhD and MS in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University.
